When I first went to MSG, I was not very optimistic, as I have had bad experiences with other agencies that I have been in contact with. All this changed when I sat down with Jamal, RN Clinical Director who is very warm, welcoming and professional. Jamal took time to review my resume and freely advised me on future educational choices which would be very helpful in meeting my career goals. He then proceeded to tell me of different available openings with the agency according to my qualifications. This helped me very much in deciding what I wanted to do. I am very glad to say that I chose MSG as I am happy with what I am doing which is nursing as nursing is meant to be. I have had a very positive experience with working with and for MSG as it is a warm and cordial relationship.
